At Zari Boxes, we strive to provide premium-quality gifting and packaging products. If you experience an issue with your order, we encourage you to contact us and we will do our best to assist you.

2. Eligibility for Returns or Replacements
A return or replacement request may be considered if:
• The product was damaged during transit
• The wrong product was delivered
• The product has a manufacturing defect
• The product received is substantially different from the product ordered
Requests must be submitted within 7 days of receiving the order.
Photographs or videos may be required to verify the issue.
3. Non-Returnable Items
The following items are generally not eligible for return, replacement, or refund:
• Customized or personalized products
• Products made specifically to customer requirements
• Products damaged due to misuse, mishandling, improper storage, or negligence after delivery
• Products showing signs of use, wear, modification, or alteration after delivery
• Clearance, sale, or special-discount items unless received damaged or defective
4. Return Request Process

Our team will review the request and provide further instructions.
If a return is approved, the customer will be responsible for arranging and paying the return courier or shipping charges unless the return is due to a manufacturing defect, transit damage, or an error made by Zari Boxes.
Returned products must be securely packaged and sent back in their original condition.
5. Return Conditions
To be eligible for a refund, the returned product must:
• Be unused
• Be in its original condition
• Include original packaging and accessories where applicable
• Not show signs of damage, misuse, alteration, or wear after delivery
Zari Boxes reserves the right to inspect all returned products before approving a refund or replacement.
If the returned product does not meet the conditions outlined above, the refund or replacement request may be declined.
6. Refunds
Refunds are processed only after the returned product has been received and inspected by our team.
Once the returned product is received and approved, refunds are generally processed within 5 to 6 business days to the original payment method used during purchase.
The time required for the refund to appear in the customer’s account may vary depending on banks, payment gateways, and financial institutions.
7. Shipping Charges
Return shipping or courier charges are the responsibility of the customer.
Original shipping charges are generally non-refundable.
However, if the return or replacement is approved due to:
• A manufacturing defect
• Transit damage
• An incorrect product delivered by Zari Boxes
then Zari Boxes may, at its sole discretion, reimburse reasonable return shipping costs or arrange a replacement shipment.
8. Order Cancellations
Orders may be cancelled before dispatch.
Once an order has been dispatched, cancellation requests may not be accepted.
If a cancellation request is approved before dispatch, the refund will be processed to the original payment method.
9. Digital Products
All sales of digital products, downloadable resources, ebooks, PDFs, templates, artwork files, or other digital content are final.
Because digital products cannot be returned once accessed or downloaded, they are not eligible for returns, exchanges, or refunds except where required by applicable law.
10. Limitation of Liability
Zari Boxes reserves the right to refuse return, replacement, cancellation, or refund requests that do not meet the requirements outlined in this policy.
Each request is reviewed individually based on the information provided and the condition of the returned product.
