Safely package the item(s) you wish to return, including all original accessories and packaging materials. - Step 4: Shipping
Ship the product(s) back to us using a trackable and insured shipping method. You are responsible for return shipping costs.
2. Conditions for Returns
- Returns must be requested within 15 days of receiving the product.
- Returned products must be in their original condition, unused, and in the original packaging.
- Customized or personalized items may not be eligible for returns, except in the case of manufacturing defects or errors on our part.
- Products damaged during shipping should be reported within 15 days of receipt.
3. Refunds

This policy is in place because, unlike physical products, digital files (PDFs, Word Documents, etc.) cannot be returned once they have been downloaded or accessed.
